At the second meeting, we will present detailed specifications complete with drawings outlining all work and materials required for the entire project and the total price. We will also provide feedback and suggested alternatives after taking all of the information from the first meeting into account. We will also make certain to create a seamless transition from old to new without compromising flow from living space to living space, and that the scope of the project matches your budget.

Upon signing the contract, the quoted price based on the specifications provided is what you pay at completion. Any extras or changes requested during the renovation will be documented with customer-approved change orders detailing the added expense. A thorough explanation of the renovation process from demolition through to finishing touches will be outlined. Our approachable team of friendly, professionally trained staff will work together with you to make your renovation experience as comfortable as possible. We pride ourselves in keeping the renovation site clean, with as little disruption to your household and neighbourhood as is feasible.
