As many of you are aware, I’ve retired and sold the business and have also completed my initial consulting work for the new owner. Thank you for the pleasure of working with you. It’ll be 40 years in 2024 that I founded Schnarr Craftsmen. I’m very proud of the beautiful results we achieved together.
Now, I take great pleasure in introducing the new owner Mark Conrad.
Mark is taking the business to new heights which includes rebranding the business as Schnarr Legacy Craftsmen. During the past year, Mark and I completed a number of great projects together. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were an exact match. Mark is committed to uphold the standard you have grown to expect.
With over 20 years in the industry, Mark’s knowledge is vast, his success and enjoyment come from the relationships he’s fostered over these years. He is excited to enhance the relationships with you and discuss upcoming projects you have. As well, he looks forward to building new relationships with any referrals you may have.

The front part of our house, comprising of the sitting room, dining room and kitchen, was dark and uninviting; the kitchen small and old-fashioned. Greg worked patiently with us to develop an innovative plan to remove walls, install skylights and expand and modernize the kitchen. The result is a large, comfortable, light-filled space with which we are delighted. We enjoy using the area every day and this winter have particularly enjoyed the double-sided fireplace Greg suggested we install between the sitting and dining rooms.The renovation work was completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. Schnarr Craftsmen’s personnel were very pleasant to work with; our suggestions and queries were always taken seriously. This is the second time we have asked Schnarr Craftsmen to undertake renovations in houses we have owned and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
